Please print the prepaid label, cut along the dotted lines and attach it securely to your mailing box. Then, drop the box off at your local United States Post Office for shipping to our laboratory. We are not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping, so it is advisable to purchase shipping insurance at your local post office prior to shipping the package. It will take 3-5 days shipping time for your package to arrive at our laboratory. Once we have repaired your dentures, we will return them to you via USPS priority mail. If you wish to have your dentures repaired and/or returned to you sooner, it is advisable to use 2nd day or overnight service to our laboratory and then pay extra to have the dentures shipped back to you using the same expedited service.
Packing tips: Please entirely wrap your dentures in bubble wrap or other packing materials prior to placing them in the box. Then, securely tape the box shut and attach the prepaid mailing label to the box. If you printed off an order form from our website, please include a copy of this inside your package, making sure that you include your name, address and telephone number.
